What Happens After a Lawn Renovation?
Once your lawn renovation is complete, the next stage is allowing the new grass seed to germinate and establish. During the first few weeks, keeping the soil consistently moist is particularly important, as newly germinating grass can dry out very quickly.
You should begin to see new grass appearing as the seed germinates, although different grass varieties can emerge at slightly different rates. As the lawn develops, thin areas gradually fill in and the new grass begins to thicken.
